  1. i am afraid i may flunk out of my math class. i study a lot and go to the math center and tutors, my memory has never been good. i have almost no memories of my childhood and young adult life. so i found this vid. it is too soon to tell whether it has helped academically, but i will say that it has me waking up truly refreshed. i have always woken up feeling more tired and run down than i did when i went to sleep, but now i am waking up ready for the day so i have to thank you for that. lets hope my memory improves so i can pass this class!

  2. You leave your phone charging the whole time and yes you do you have to use head phones through Hypnosis. There are all kinds of versions you just have to look for them I suppose? I'm not the creator of this particular one, but there are some really good ones out there that are only 30 minutes long you still might want to leave your phone charging because you will fall asleep. I hope this helps
